Shipping Coverage

WillowyBe currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Sweden. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military or restricted addresses, naval ports, or locations that our carriers cannot safely serve.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping is available for eligible products and addresses in the countries listed above. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before payment at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

• Standard U.S. delivery: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: when available, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: timing varies by destination, product size, customs clearance, and carrier availability.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, peak-season volume, remote-area service, security checks, or carrier delays.

Outdoor Sauna Sets & Oversized Orders

Outdoor sauna sets contain large and heavy components and may arrive in more than one package. Packages can be delivered separately. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you if an appointment or delivery instruction is required.

Tracking & Delivery

After your order ships, we will email the tracking information to the address used at checkout. You can also track your shipment on our order tracking page.

Please inspect the packages when they arrive. If an item is missing or visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact WillowyBe Support as soon as possible.

If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other fees required by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
