Before you choose
A few useful answers.
Do I need the app to use the sauna?
No. You can adjust the heat level and session time with the included remote or the generator’s touch controls. The WillowyBe app offers another way to choose your settings.
How much room does the sauna need?
The tent measures approximately 85 cm wide × 85 cm deep × 145 cm high (33.5 × 33.5 × 57.1 in). These are exterior dimensions. Allow additional room for the external generator, steam hose and access, following the placement instructions in the user guide.
Is a chair included?
Yes. The set includes a folding chair, along with the sauna tent, steam generator and remote control. A smartphone is not included.
What do the heat setting and timer mean?
Choose from 15 heat settings and a timer setting of up to 60 minutes. These are control settings, not a promise of a specific temperature inside the tent or a recommended session length. Follow the user guide for operation.
Which phones can use the app?
The WillowyBe app is compatible with iOS and Android. Follow the supplied instructions to set it up on your phone.
How should I clean and store the sauna?
Follow the user guide for water handling and cleaning. Allow the tent, chair and generator to cool and dry completely before folding and packing away.
Make space for your own moment.
Your settings. Your routine. Your time.
