Privacy policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Weirun Information Technology Co., LTD, operating as Willowybe ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit willowybe.com, place an order, contact us or use related store services.

For questions or privacy requests, email service@willowybe.com. You can also review Your privacy choices.

1. Information we collect

  • Orders and accounts: your name, email address, telephone number if provided, billing and delivery addresses, items purchased, order history, payment status and transaction details. Payment information is processed through the payment services used at checkout, such as Shopify's checkout services and PayPal.
  • Support and messages: the information you provide through email, chat or our contact form, including order numbers, messages, photographs and other attachments you choose to send. Please do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary medical or other sensitive information.
  • Reviews and subscriptions: your review, rating, display name and any photos or videos you submit; your email address, selected product and notification preferences when you request a restock alert or subscribe to marketing. Published reviews and their submitted display information may be visible to other visitors.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, approximate location inferred from technical information, pages and products viewed, referrals, and interactions with our store, checkout and communications.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through store technologies, and from service providers such as payment, delivery and advertising partners in connection with your interactions with us. We do not purchase external customer lists for marketing.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store; process payments and orders; arrange delivery, tracking, returns and warranty support; answer questions; manage accounts, reviews and requested notifications; protect against fraud and misuse; maintain business records; and meet legal obligations.

We also use information to understand store performance, improve the shopping experience, measure advertising results and provide relevant marketing, taking account of applicable consent requirements and the choices described below. You can decline marketing without losing access to ordinary order support. Information required to process an order must be provided for us to fulfil it.

3. Service providers and other recipients

We disclose relevant information to providers that support these activities, including:

  • Store and checkout services: Shopify, payment providers and fraud-prevention services.
  • Delivery and operations: carriers, fulfilment partners and order-management or tracking tools, including AfterShip Tracking and Lingxing ERP where used for an order.
  • Customer communications: email and chat services, Shopify messaging tools and Notify Me! for requested restock notifications.
  • Reviews and store features: tools such as Rivyo for customer reviews, together with technical providers supporting the store.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google & YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and TikTok integrations. Depending on the service, settings and your choices, they may receive identifiers, browsing or purchase events and contact information used for matching and conversion measurement.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or transfer, subject to applicable protections. If you ask us to share information with another recipient, we use it for that request.

4. Our relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about your visits and purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify may use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalisation, analytics and advertising. This can involve sharing information with Shopify and other parties in other countries.

Shopify is responsible for certain processing it performs for its own services. Learn more in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. To access Shopify's own privacy controls, including options to limit advertising use or request access or erasure, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal. Requests concerning our own customer records can be sent to us.

5. Cookies, advertising and data sharing

Our store and its partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics and advertising. Essential functions include shopping-cart, checkout, security and consent-preference features. Browser-based and server-to-server integrations may also transmit events such as product views and purchases. The information processed depends on the tool, your interaction and applicable privacy choices.

We do not sell or rent customer lists for money. However, disclosure to advertising partners or use of Shopify's enhanced services may be treated as a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws, even without a payment for the information. These activities may involve contact or online identifiers, device information, browsing activity and purchase information.

For details about partners' own practices and choices, see the privacy information provided by Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok. Their policies may vary by region.

6. Your choices

  • Advertising and data sharing: use Do not sell or share my personal information, where available for your location. You may also email us with a request to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. If the form is unavailable or does not work, contact us by email.
  • Cookies: use the cookie-consent controls when shown on our store. You can also block or remove cookies in your browser, although some store functions may be affected. Browser settings alone do not necessarily stop all server-side processing.
  • Global Privacy Control: where applicable to your location, our Shopify privacy controls treat a supported GPC signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device used, as explained on our privacy-choices page. You may need to repeat your choices on another browser or device.
  • Marketing and alerts: use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us to update your preferences. We may still send non-marketing messages needed for an order, a support request or a legal obligation.
  • Shopify processing: use the Shopify Privacy Portal for choices concerning Shopify's enhanced services.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Where consent is required for a use of your information, that use is subject to your consent rather than merely visiting this page.

7. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know about or access your information, receive a portable copy, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Applicable exceptions may limit a request, such as records needed for tax obligations or an unresolved order.

Send requests to service@willowybe.com and describe what you would like us to do. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorised agent's authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If a request is declined, you may contact us to ask for a review or appeal where provided by law.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Other locations may provide similar complaint rights. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

8. Processing grounds, retention and security

Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, the grounds for processing depend on the activity: fulfilling our contract for orders and requested services; meeting legal obligations; legitimate interests such as store security, fraud prevention and service improvement, where not overridden by your rights; or consent where required, including for relevant marketing technologies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Relevant criteria include an ongoing account or order, warranty and support needs, accounting or tax duties, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal retention requirements. Deletion requests are assessed against these obligations rather than assuming all records can be removed immediately.

No online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials private and use our normal checkout rather than sending payment-card information by email. If you believe your information has been misused in connection with our store, contact us promptly.

9. International processing

We operate in China, and our Shopify store's data-hosting location is the United States. Information may also be processed in other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Transfers remain subject to applicable legal requirements. Shopify explains its transfer arrangements and safeguards in its international data transfers information. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to a request involving our store.

10. Adults, external services and updates

Our website and purchasing services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information or market specifically to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and address it.

Links or embedded services operated by other organisations are governed by their own privacy information. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the store, practices or applicable requirements. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required; changes do not remove your legal rights.
