WillowyBe ships to eligible addresses in the destinations available at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military or restricted addresses, naval ports, or locations that our carriers cannot safely serve.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping is available for eligible products and addresses where offered. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before payment at checkout.

Destinations We Do Not Ship To

These delivery exclusions apply to all physical products across our store. We do not offer delivery to the following regions or addresses:

• United States: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and military addresses using AA, AE or AP.
• Canada: Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU) and Yukon (YT).
• United Kingdom: British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
• Spain: the Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.
• Australia: Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS).
• Japan: Okinawa and Hokkaido.

These destinations are not eligible for delivery, including paid shipping. Paying an additional shipping fee does not make an excluded address eligible.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders shipping to the destinations below require 2 business days of preparation before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping times exclude the 2-business-day preparation period and apply only to eligible delivery addresses. Calendar days include weekends. We do not deliver to the excluded destinations listed above. For delivery timing to other eligible destinations not listed in the table, including Australia, contact us before ordering.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, peak-season volume, customs or security checks, or carrier delays. Available shipping destinations and options are confirmed at checkout.

Outdoor Sauna Sets & Oversized Orders

Outdoor sauna sets contain large and heavy components and may arrive in more than one package. Packages can be delivered separately. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you if an appointment or delivery instruction is required.

Tracking & Delivery

After your order ships, we will email the tracking information to the address used at checkout. You can also track your shipment on our order tracking page.

Please inspect the packages when they arrive. If an item is missing or visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact WillowyBe Support as soon as possible.

If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other fees required by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
