WillowyBe currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Sweden. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military or restricted addresses, naval ports, or locations that our carriers cannot safely serve.
Shipping cost: Free standard shipping is available for eligible products and addresses in the countries listed above. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before payment at checkout.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Outdoor Sauna Sets & Oversized Orders
Outdoor sauna sets contain large and heavy components and may arrive in more than one package. Packages can be delivered separately. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you if an appointment or delivery instruction is required.
Tracking & Delivery
After your order ships, we will email the tracking information to the address used at checkout. You can also track your shipment on our order tracking page.
Please inspect the packages when they arrive. If an item is missing or visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact WillowyBe Support as soon as possible.
If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.

Adjustable air intake
Regulate airflow into the firebox to adjust the intensity of the burn.
Exhaust control
Adjust the damper to regulate exhaust flow. The lowest flue section is made from 304 stainless steel.
Fire-viewing window
Check the fire without opening the stove door.
Sauna stone basket
Holds the stones above the stove so they can absorb and release heat during your session.
Folding legs
Fold the legs for transport and storage once the stove is completely cool.
For outdoor use only. Follow the supplied installation instructions, maintain ventilation and all required stove and chimney clearances, and keep combustible items away from hot surfaces.

Panoramic windows bring the view into your sauna space. Insulated fabric helps retain warmth, while the 180 × 180 cm footprint gives you room to plan the stove and seating layout.
Tent dimensions: 180 × 180 × 200 cm (W × D × H). Space for up to four people depends on seating, stove placement and the clearances required by the instructions.
The Steam Kit difference

The included natural stones absorb heat from the wood stove. Add water in small amounts as directed in the instructions to create steam during your session.
Natural stones. Gradual heat.
Approximately 35 lb (16 kg) of rough-surface sauna stones are included. Arrange them in the basket according to the stove instructions.
Heating and cooling can cause stones to crack over time. Check them regularly, replace damaged stones and never handle them while hot.
Optional protection
Add a protective roof cover.
We strongly recommend a cover for wood-fired use. It adds a layer above the tent roof to help protect against sparks, ash and outdoor exposure.
Sold separately; not included in the Steam Kit. The cover is not fireproof and does not replace correct chimney setup, required clearances or dry storage.

Pack away.
Let the stove and stones cool completely, remove ash and dry each component before storage. Fold the tent into its carrying bag and pack the stove components together for the next session.
Store the tent, stove and stones in a dry, sheltered place between uses to reduce wear from sunlight, rain and moisture.

What exactly is included?
The Steam Kit includes the insulated panoramic tent, carrying bag and supplied tent accessories; the wood stove with chimney components, stone basket and supplied stove accessories; and approximately 35 lb (16 kg) of natural sauna stones. The protective roof cover is sold separately. Benches, buckets, ladles, mats, fans, lanterns and firewood are not included.
How does the Steam Kit create steam?
The wood stove heats the sauna stones. Add water in small amounts to the heated stones as directed in the stove instructions. This kit does not include an electric steam generator.
How many people can use the tent?
The tent accommodates up to four people depending on the stove and seating layout. Use the 180 × 180 cm footprint to plan your space and maintain all clearances in the supplied instructions.
Does the tent have a floor?
No. The tent has an open-bottom design for easier drainage and cleaning. Set it up on a suitable, stable outdoor surface following the installation instructions.
Should I use the protective cover?
Yes. We strongly recommend adding a protective roof cover when using the stove. It is sold separately for this Steam Kit. Secure the cover correctly and maintain the required chimney clearances.
Can I leave the kit outside between sessions?
We recommend storing the tent, stove and stones when not in use. Let the stove cool completely and the tent dry fully, then store the components in a dry, sheltered place.
How do I care for the stove and stones?
Let the stove cool naturally before cleaning. Remove ash, keep the stove and chimney dry, and replace worn or damaged parts. Inspect the stones for cracks, replace damaged stones and add water in small amounts. Never handle hot stones.
What fuel should I use?
Use dry, untreated firewood as directed in the stove instructions. Do not use accelerants or treated wood. Operate outdoors only and never leave a lit stove unattended.
How hot will it get, and how quickly?
Temperature and warm-up time vary with the weather, fuel, airflow and setup. Adjust airflow gradually and use a sauna thermometer; no fixed temperature or heating time is guaranteed.
Can the tent support snow accumulation?
No. Remove snow promptly and avoid using the tent in severe weather. Dry and store it between sessions.
How will my kit be delivered?
