What is included in this Steam Kit?
This product includes the insulated 4-person sauna tent, portable wood-burning stove, chimney components, sauna stone basket, and approximately 35 lb (16 kg) of natural sauna stones. The top protection cover is sold separately.
Does the sauna tent have a floor?
No. The tent has an open-bottom design for outdoor sauna use, easier drainage, and easier cleaning. Always place it on stable, level, heat-safe ground.
Do I need the top protection cover when using the wood stove?
For wood-fired outdoor use, we strongly recommend the optional Sauna Tent Protection Cover. It adds protection from stray sparks, falling debris, and weather exposure. The cover is heat-resistant, not fireproof, and does not replace correct chimney installation or required safety clearances.
Can I leave the sauna tent outdoors all the time?
Continuous outdoor storage is not recommended. After the stove is completely cool, allow the tent and components to dry, clean them as needed, and store them in a dry, sheltered place. Prolonged sun, rain, moisture, snow, and wind can shorten product life.
What is the opening near the top of the tent for?
It is the stove-jack opening for the compatible chimney pipe. Fully assemble and secure the supplied chimney system before lighting the stove, keep hot components from contacting the tent fabric, and never operate the stove with an incomplete or modified chimney.
How much chimney clearance is required?
Follow the clearances in the included stove manual and all local fire-safety rules. Keep the chimney outlet, stove, and other hot surfaces safely away from the tent fabric, nearby structures, branches, and other combustible materials. Because installations vary, do not rely on a single universal distance.
Can the tent support snow accumulation?
This portable tent is not a snow-load-rated permanent shelter. Remove snow promptly, do not allow heavy accumulation, and do not leave the tent unattended during severe weather.
What fuel should I use?
Use dry, untreated firewood suitable for the stove. Never use gasoline, kerosene, or other liquid accelerants, and do not burn painted, pressure-treated, or chemically treated wood.
How will my order arrive?
The tent, stove, and sauna stones may ship in separate packages and can arrive on different days. Processing is usually completed within 2 business days, and standard U.S. delivery is typically 4–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are provided as each package ships.
Can I use this sauna indoors?
No. This wood-fired sauna kit is for outdoor use only. Operate it in a well-ventilated area on a stable, heat-safe surface, keep a suitable fire extinguisher nearby, and never leave a lit stove unattended.
How hot will it get, and how quickly?
Heat-up time and temperature vary with outdoor temperature, wind, firewood, airflow, and setup. Use the stove airflow controls gradually and monitor conditions with a suitable sauna thermometer instead of targeting an unsupported maximum temperature.
