If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.

Is a stove included?
No. This listing includes the tent and listed tent accessories. A stove, chimney pipes, sauna stones, seating, floor protection and protective roof cover are sold separately.
How many people fit inside?
The tent accommodates up to four people, depending on the stove, seating arrangement and required safety clearances. Plan your layout within the approximate 180 × 180 × 200 cm dimensions.
How does the pop-up frame work?
Pull the hub handles outward to expand the frame with the fabric. No separate poles are required. Anchor the tent using the supplied stakes and guy lines, following the setup instructions.
Can I cover the windows?
Yes. Three window covers are included. Remove them for a panoramic view or fit them for privacy. Window covers do not replace the ventilation required when using a stove.
What is the roof opening for?
The roof opening and metal collar accommodate a compatible sauna-stove flue. The opening has an approximately 8 cm inner diameter. Check the complete flue system and installation requirements before use; diameter alone does not establish compatibility.
How high should the chimney extend?
WillowyBe recommends the chimney outlet at least 3 ft (0.9 m) above the tent roof, or higher if required by your stove or chimney manual. Follow all installation, ventilation and clearance requirements.
Should I add a protective roof cover?
We recommend the compatible roof cover, sold separately, to help protect against ash and occasional sparks. Fit it as instructed and maintain all required clearances. Explore the protective roof cover →
Does the tent have a floor?
No. Its open-bottom design makes drainage and cleaning easier. Choose a suitable, stable outdoor surface and use the ground protection required by your stove instructions.
Can I leave it outdoors permanently?
Extended outdoor storage is not recommended. Allow the tent to cool and dry fully after each use, then pack it in its carry bag and store it in a dry, sheltered place.
Can snow collect on the roof?
Do not allow snow to accumulate. Remove it promptly and take the tent down before heavy snow or severe weather.
What should I know before using a wood stove?
Use a fuel-burning stove only when its manufacturer permits operation in a compatible, properly vented sauna tent. Maintain ventilation and all required clearances, use a carbon-monoxide alarm as added protection, and never leave the stove unattended or sleep in the tent while it is operating. Follow the tent, stove and chimney manuals.
